I have been away for a little while. Things that happened since January:
- broke up with my boyfriend
- got a job
- had periods of terrible binging/ junk food
- didn’t exercise
- felt depressed
- obsessed with calories (I know it’s bad, I will change tho!)
But I am getting back on track now: healthy foods, working out, enjoying life! Oh, and trying to graduate.
I will go on a holiday to Bali for three weeks in July and I really wanna look good in bikinis. And I will see a friend I met in Australia again in 2 weeks, so I really wanna show her how much I’ve changed and improved since last year.
CW: 53 kg!

I haven’t been posting much lately. But all my exams are done now, but having trouble with my boyfriend. I’m not in a good mood at all, but that’s a good motivation to work out, to get my energy levels back up and to feel happy!
I haven’t been very active lately… I have exam weeks and all I need to do is study…
But: my water/tea week is still going strong and I do ab exercises every single day!
